As anyone on a bed search knows, it sucks big time and can be very expensive. We tried so many mattresses. We are very picky and really wanted a comfortable bed to sink into at the end of the day that rejuvinates. Latex slept too hot and too bouncy and traditional pillow-tops with springs too cheaply made. Fed up with creepy sales people at mattress stores (who always sold mattresses by names other than the manufacturers name so that consumers can't google the bed or find a compare prices) we decided to try out some memory foam mattress and then do our homework online and buy online to eliminate the sleazy middleman. This brought us to look at foam mattresses that claimed to be less toxic. We came across the Vivon Serene or Plush King size - it's 13" of foam - and the top few layers or so are made from seed oil and the charcoal to help eliminate any scent from the foam... Read more
