Big improvement, December 12, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Full/Queen Single Center Support by Leggett & Platt I recently purchased a new latex mattress and a new standard box spring. The weight of the mattress and two average sized adults bowed the box spring in the middle due to the fact that I had no center support on my full size metal frame. I ordered two of these, but one was shipped with the wrong parts. I had to return one but went ahead and installed the other. It did the trick. The bed is much more study and comfortable. I am still debating whether I need to re-order that second one. Would definitely recommend.

The order arrived without all the parts. I contacted the seller and the new parts were shipped in a reasonable time.
I assembled and installed the center support on the frame without a problem. The hardest part is just removing the mattress and box spring to do it. When I put the box spring back on the frame I was a bit concerned as the lip of the center support where it attaches to the frame added a small bump where the box spring sat in the frame. With just the box spring it would rock back and forth slightly. When I put the mattress on the box spring it was solid. The weight of the mattress was heavy enough to apply sufficient pressure to the wood frame box spring to make it conform.
